- Ensure 'machine capacity study' for each month is checked before certified by the Operations Manager
- Ensure quality products are produced to customers
- Ensure the IATF 16949 Quality System is implemented, followed and maintained in production.
- Supervise and ensure subordinate staff implement and follow 5S practices as prescribed.
- Ensure that the machine operates according to the planning and preventive maintenance that has been set and take appropriate action if there are any problems.
- Ensure that the problematic dies are sent to the Tooling section and accompanied by a Problem Report.

- To Supervise shift Production activities to meet quality, productivity, achieving targets, yield cost and customer satisfaction.
- Work with planner to ensure the production schedules & work orders are planned according to the capacity.
- Ensure that the production lines are running according to the planned schedule

- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.
